Laura has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and a California Teaching Credential. She has counseled youth and their families in the foster care system, provided community workshops for refugees, and taught corporate clients, parents, and individuals tools to manage their stress and hone their communication skills.

Laura believes that knowledge is power, and just by taking a few small actions steps, big successes can occur.
